Billing Development We launch and connect all possible payment methods, optimize payment processes for customers all over the world. Customer Care and Sales We provide support for our products, support billing processes, work with Zendesk. Marketing Department We generate multi-channel worldwide traffic for our products, create content, work with large budgets. Necessary skills: From 2+ years of experience in the analysis and monitoring of financial transactions in the field of billing and payments in order to identify suspicious fraud activities; Confident command of SQL to analyze database queries to identify risky transactions; Experience with data visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau, to create reports and analyze results; A high level of analytical thinking, the ability to effectively identify and analyze fraudulent patterns of anomalies; Knowledge of the English language is equal to Upper-intermediate. Main tasks: Monitoring and analysis of financial transactions: tracking and analysis of transactions to identify potentially suspicious or fraudulent transactions; Analysis of fraud patterns: study of methods for recognizing new fraudulent schemes; Adjustment and improvement of anti-fraud rules: development and adjustment of protection mechanisms to detect and prevent potentially fraudulent transactions; Analysis of the effectiveness of the anti-fraud system: evaluation of the results of the system and improvement of processes to ensure effective protection against fraud; Help in improving anti-fraud tools and proposals for their improvement or creation of new systems for fraud prevention.
