Responsibilities:
● Identify and Evaluate Payment Providers: Research and identify potential payment providers in target regions to expand our payment processing capabilities. Analyze provider offerings, pricing structures, and compatibility with our systems.
● Payment Provider Integration: Lead the integration process of new payment providers into our systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful and smooth integration.
● Chargeback Management: Oversee and manage chargeback processes. Collaborate with relevant teams to handle and respond to chargeback disputes, ensuring adherence to regulations and minimizing financial impact.
● Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operational tasks associated with payment provider integration. Monitor transaction flows, troubleshoot any issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain uninterrupted payment processing.
● Anti-Fraud System Configuration: Collaborate with the security team to configure and fine-tune our anti-fraud systems. Leverage your insights to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of fraud detection and prevention measures.
● Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor payment trends, transaction volumes, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making
● Close monitoring of day to day payment vitals and approval ratio. Develop and implement strategies and payment providers negotiations in order to constantly increase approval ratio growth.
● Close cooperation with Product and Marketing departments on payment metrics improvements.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in billing, payment operations, or related roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
● Strong understanding of payment processing systems, gateways, and integration protocols.
● Familiarity with anti-fraud measures and systems.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
● Excellent project management skills to handle multiple integration projects simultaneously.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate payment processing.
● Proficiency in TSEVO, Sift, or other anti-fraud tools.
