Billing Analyst

JatApp is a product IT company that creates massive, useful and high-tech products, which are used daily by millions of users from all over the world.

We are looking for a Billing Analyst to join our finance department, who will strengthen the team with his expertise.

Key tasks:
• Regular monitoring and analysis of key indicators: approve ratio, number and type of deviations, search for opportunities to improve these indicators
• Ensuring optimal routing payments for maximum efficiency in their processing
• Setting up and managing anti-fraud mechanisms to protect existing payment systems
• Searching for anomalous processing of payment processes (incorrect transaction status, double charge-off, integration errors, etc.)
• Conducting monthly reconciliations with payment systems, analyzing and verifying commissions with the contract, identifying inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product and Finance teams to improve policies and processes.

invoicing
• Understanding of online payment basics: payment methods (card and alternative methods), technical integrations, funnels, online payment flows
• Confident in working with financial/transactional information
• Level proficiency in English - Intermediate (or higher)
• Higher education in the field of economics, mathematics, finance.

Will be a plus:
• Experience in opening payment solutions
