We are looking for a Billing Analyst with more than 4 years of experience and a desire to join our teams for part-time cooperation.
Zeely is a mobile application that helps small businesses promote their products and services with the help of AI-generated creatives and online advertising. We are Google for Startups and Meta partners, TechCrunch and Forbes wrote about us, and most importantly, we have more than 50,000 users in the US and continue to grow rapidly. As a Billing Analyst you will play a key role in the systematic analysis of billing data to gain insight into revenue generation, customer behavior and operational efficiency. What you need to join us:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding the basics of online payments: payment methods (card and alternative methods) , technical integrations, funnels, online payment flows
- Knowledge and experience with Excel and Tableau at a high level
- Experience with SaaS businesses and mobile applications
- Higher education in economics, mathematics , finance
—Attention to details, proactive attitude
—Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with Solidgate
- Experience with PayPal.
You will have the following tasks and challenges:
—Conducting monthly reconciliations with payment systems, analysis and verification of commissions with the contract, detection of discrepancies
—Regular monitoring and analysis of key indicators: approve ratio, number and type of deviations, search for opportunities to improve these indicators
- Constant interaction with the legal department, product and finance teams to improve policies and processes.
