The main goal of this position is to produce detailed reports in academically rigorous English that present evidence of coordinated inauthentic behavior on social media and its impacts. The chosen candidate will have the chance to help develop and enhance machine learning/artificial intelligence systems aimed at spotting psychological operations (psyops) campaigns on social platforms.Responsibilities: * Analyze extensive data sets from social media to pinpoint coordinated inauthentic behavior patterns. * Investigate and document networks of automated accounts, like bots, promoting specific narratives. * Generate thorough reports outlining discoveries, evidence, and implications for policymakers, tech experts, and society at large. * Contribute to improving ML/AI models for spotting coordinated deceptive behavior. * Stay updated on new trends and tactics in disinformation, hate speech, and social media manipulation.Requirements: * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets. * Proven track record in handling large-scale data. * Exceptional written English, with a knack for explaining technical details clearly. * Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence methods.
