Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position$
• required knowledge: SQL, Tableau $
• knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query;
• experience in practical use and configuration of Tableau, obtaining data from various systems;
• knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting, analysis;
• mastery of MS Excel, ability to work with formulas, summary tables;
• attention to details, initiative and a high level of self-organization;
• skills in working with large arrays information, analytical skills;
• communication and teamwork skills;
• communication with different departments of the company to understand their data analytics needs;

Functional responsibilities:

• Implementation of analytics in Tableau (areas: assortment analysis, consolidated financial reporting, business process analysis, sales analysis);
• solving various tasks based on a large volume of data, visualization of results;
• collection of analytical information, its analysis, systematization and processing;
• testing of existing reporting in the Company;
• li>development and administration of dashboards (Tableau);
• administration of resources for placement and access to user information;
• consolidation of data arrays;
• optimization of the data processing process;
• build analytics and visualized reports for company employees;
• find patterns and explain results using data analysis;
• develop and maintain Tableau-based reporting for sales analysis , market dynamics, purchases, payback of networks/stores;
• providing analytical support and support of business processes;
• development, optimization, support of data models and ETL pipelines;
• collection, analysis and formalization of requirements for building dashboards and other reporting;
• support and support of document flow in the analytics department.
