В теперішній час SCI розширює свою діяльність на вісім міст України.Ми працюємо в напрямках освіти, захисту дітей, подолання дитячої бідності, охорони здоров’я, а також проводимо адвокаційну діяльність, пов’язану із захистом прав дітей.МЕТА ПОСАДИ:Старший менеджер програми буде підтримувати директора в управлінні та керівництві консорціумом, зосереджуючись на координації з усіма трьома членами консорціуму для реалізації якісної програми, відповідно до проекту програми, бюджету та відповідно до всіх вимог BHA та внутрішніх вимог. Вони будуть взаємодіяти з керівниками програм та іншим персоналом для підтримки звітності, постійного вдосконалення та документації. Це лідерська роль, і вони будуть ключовими співробітниками CMU.ОСНОВНІ ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ:Управління програмоюДопомагати директору в управлінні програмою, включаючи координацію з членами консорціуму для забезпечення високої якості виконання заходів, дотримання правил донорів та консорціуму, а також підзвітності бенефіціарам.Надавати підтримку Директору у моніторингу прогресу партнерів у виконанні робочих планів та бюджетів, виявляти ризики та співпрацювати з партнерами для вжиття коригувальних заходів, якщо це необхідно для забезпечення якісного виконання програми.Брати участь у розробці, плануванні та впровадженні програми UPC.Доповідати директору про проблеми, що виникають в управлінні програмою, нові потреби та інші виклики, а також про досягнення, щоб підтримати залучення партнерів до вирішення проблем, а також використовувати можливості для адвокації, медіа та комунікаційної діяльності для висвітлення впливу UPC.Співпрацювати з фінансовим директором BHA для підтримки своєчасного перегляду BHA, виявлення програмних фінансових питань та підтримки прогнозування бюджету в разі потреби.Сприяти проведенню інформаційних тренінгів та тренінгів з дотримання вимог для національного персоналу та партнерів.Підтримувати планування, логістику та узгодження для відвідувачів UPC в країні.Моніторинг та звітністьСпівпрацювати з менеджером BHA MEAL для забезпечення надійного моніторингу, оцінки, підзвітності та системи навчання для підтримки постійного вдосконалення програми, включаючи послуги та вплив на бенефіціарів.Співпрацювати з директором для виконання всіх основних вимог донорської звітності, включаючи проміжні звіти, річні звіти, базові та кінцеві звіти, аналізи, оцінки та фінальні звіти.Представництво та координаціяСприяти проведенню регіональних координаційних зустрічей (на Сході та Півдні) з міжнародними та національними партнерами UPC.Визначати ресурси, необхідні для підтримки Робочої групи з питань захисту, Робочої групи з питань харчування та Робочої групи з питань готівки.Розробляти, керувати та очолювати інтеграційні зусилля та інструменти між секторами в рамках UPC.Допомагати Директору отримувати схвалення міністерств та координувати роботу з місцевими органами влади, коли це необхідно.Щоб бути успішним, Вам необхідно мати:Ступінь бакалавра в галузі соціальної роботи, public policy, international development or related fields; a master's degree is desirable. Fluency in English (level C1), Ukrainian and Russian, both spoken and written. Commitment to the values ​​of Save the Children. 5 years of relevant professional experience is essential, including at least 1 year in a managerial position. ROLE PURPOSE: The Senior Program Manager will support the Director to manage and lead the consortium, with a focus on coordination with all three consortium members to deliver a quality program , in alignment with the program design, budget, and in compliance with all BHA and internal requirements. They will engage with program leads and other staff to support reporting, continuous improvement, and documentation. This is a leadership role and will serve as key staff in the CMU.KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:Program ManagementSupport the Director in UPC program management including coordination with consortium members to ensure high quality implementation of activities, compliance with donor and consortium rules, and accountability to beneficiaries.
