We are looking for a Benefit Manager to help build a modern, flexible and inspiring team care system - a system that will combine business goals and real needs of people. You will be a key person in shaping the new philosophy of employee experience — from reviewing existing benefits to creating programs that really make sense.
Your work will directly impact engagement, motivation and a culture of care in a company with a team of over 2,500 people from around the world
Your main tasks
- Create and develop benefits ecosystem: analysis of existing programs, market research, development and implementation of new initiatives relevant to our values and team lifestyles.
- Full management cycle: from idea and testing to launch and performance measurement.
- Conducting surveys, focus groups, 1:1-interviews for a deep understanding of employee needs.
- Analytics and insights: construction of a satisfaction monitoring system, collection and analysis of feedback.
- Budgeting: formation, optimization and management of the budget for welfare programs.
- Communication: creation of a transparent, understandable system of information about benefits, internal presentations, guides and internal campaigns.
We expect that you
- You have 2+ years of experience in the field of benefits, compensation or HR.
- You have a good understanding of modern approaches: from health insurance and wellbeing programs to flexible bonus systems.
- You know how to work with analytics, see the numbers behind them and make actionable decisions from it.
- You have experience in international or IT companies (will be a big plus).
- You speak Intermediate English - we are a multicultural team.
