What will be part of your duties:

• Resume screening;
• Processing reviews on job sites;
• Active search for candidates (cold calls, search on job portals);
• Conducting phone interviews and offline interviews with candidates;
• Maintaining a database with candidates;
• Labor market monitoring, level salaries on the labor market;
• Reporting;
• HR marketing
