Candidate requirements: Higher education (marketing, management, trade); Mandatory work experience in a similar position (clothing, footwear retail) from 2 years; Knowledge and understanding of modern fashion trends; Knowledge of the English language — Mandatory. Analytical skills, management of KPI indicators, systematic thinking, management of product range; Possession of a PC at the level of a confident user: MSOffice, 1C; Exce; Personal qualities: effective communicator, systematic, responsible, attentive, ability to work in a steady multitasking mode, orientation towards results; Willingness to travel abroad. Basic functionality: Attending exhibitions, presentations; Selection of new collections in advance. ordering, compiling and placing orders with suppliers; Forming and placing orders in accordance with the approved assortment matrix of categories; Searching for suppliers, negotiations on purchase prices and terms of the agreement for the benefit of the company; Control of approved terms of supply; Pricing in product categories; Management of product stocks; adjustment of prices within the season; preparation of analytical sales reports; study of the specifics of sales in stores; Formation of an assortment matrix; Calculation, forecasting of sales and orders for the next season; Formation of the purchase budget; Formation of planned indicators by product categories; Control of product balances, analysis; Optimization of product balances and their redistribution; Development of planograms, zoning, product presentation standards; Interaction with the logistics marketing team.
