We are currently looking for a specialist for the position BAS ERP business analyst who shares our values.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience working with the Agile methodology.
• Skills in creating prototypes, writing User Stories and Use Cases
• Understanding RESTful API principles, working with JSON and XML
• Fundamental understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge and applied work skills with business process notations: UML, BPMN, BPMN 2.0
• Ability to draw up regulatory documentation and document project work
• Knowledge of typical business processes of trading enterprises, the basics of warehouse, accounting and management accounting.

• Team interaction: ability to work in a team, support colleagues, effective communication.
• Successfully implemented own business cases that have proven their effectiveness in practice.

Will be a plus: command of the English language (level B1+), experience with BAS/BAF ERP. Experience with Jira, Confluence

Essential Responsibilities:

• Interaction with internal customers, analysis, collection, identification and formalization of the customer's business requirements;
• Participation in the automation of the company's business processes;
• Planning of project work, drawing up a plan for the implementation of individual tasks;
• Description of the company's processes taking into account the system architecture and the use of process modeling techniques;
• Writing technical specifications for the refinement of system tools and placing TK on developers;
• Reception from developers, testing and implementation of improvements;
• Writing instructions, conducting presentations and training on implementing functionality
