BAS ERP business analyst in DefTech Agency

Our client is a technology company that is a recognized leader in the field of aviation solutionsfor the defense needs of Ukraine. The unmanned systems created by this team have already made tens of thousands of successful combat sorties and won internationalrecognitiondue to high efficiency and reliability.

Now we are looking for BAS Business Analytics ERP. Office work, full-time, contract work available.

What will be included in your duties:

• Preparation of instructions and training for users.
• Development of technical tasks for setting up BAS ERP (together with the architect and business units).
• Participation in the configuration and testing of various ERP modules (together with consultants/developers).
• Support for the launch of functionality in experimental and industrial operation.
• Analysis and formalization of business processes and participation in the development of improvements to existing processes.

What is important:

• Experience working with stakeholders from different departments (IT, operations, finance).
• Customer orientation, understanding that users need time to learn how to work in a new system for them.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements for complex business processes.
• Experience in creating functional and technical documentation.
• Willingness to learn new things.

Would be an advantage:

• Higher education in accounting, finance, economics or related fields specialties.
• Experience of working in one of the companies engaged in the implementation of BAS ERP.
• Experience of working with warehouse programs (WMS) and the Salary and personnel management module (BAS, 1C, others).
