BAS ERP business analyst in Gledfarm

Our colleague will solve the following tasks:

• Interaction with internal customers, analysis, collection, identification and formalization of business requirements
• Participation in the automation of the Company's business processes
• Planning of works, drawing up a plan for the implementation of individual tasks
• Description of processes taking into account the system architecture and the use of process modeling techniques
• Writing technical specifications for finalizing system tools and submitting technical specifications to developers
• Reception from developers, testing and implementation of revisions
• Writing instructions, conducting presentations and implementation training functional
• Independence in making decisions and the ability to take responsibility for them

For this position it will be valuable:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position and successfully implemented cases (BP) that have shown their effectiveness
• Knowledge of the basic principles of the Agile methodology
• Practical skills in creating User Stories, Use Cases, Test Cases
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Experience in working with Jira, Confluence, business process description notation (UML, BPMN, BPMN 2.0), regulatory documentation and project documentation works
• Knowledge of typical business processes of a trading enterprise, the basics of warehouse, accounting and management accounting
