Main duties: Analysis and improvement of the functions of the BAS ERP enterprise management system to increase the efficiency of the company's business processes, order the requirements of the future product. Interaction with employees of various departments to collect requirements, clarify needs, analyze and solve problems related to the BAS ERP system. Formalization of requirements (distribution of requirements into business, functional, non-functional, writing specification of requirements), agreement of technical requirements with the customer, management requirements (processing of appointment requests, analysis and description of the impact on existing requirements); Support and supervision of system operation, identification and resolution of problems and errors. Development and implementation of new functionalities necessary for the optimization of business processes. Risk management, monitoring and timely identification of problems of both the architecture as a whole and its individual components (Documents, Handbooks, Reports, Subsystems, Exchanges). Preparation of instructions, training materials and conducting training events for users of the BAS ERP system. Requirements: Experience of working with the BAS ERP enterprise management system from 1 year. Knowledge and understanding of the company's business processes. Skills analyze, identify and solve problems related to the BAS ERP system. High responsibility, organizational and communication skills. The ability to work in a team and independently.
