BAS / BAF (1C: Enterprise 8) Developer (Middle / Senior) in K2R, TOV

Format: office (400 m from the city of Lukyanivska, 30 Biloruska St.) or remotely
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00
Trial: 3 months

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a strong Middle or Senior BAS/BAF who knows how to not just "finish" but to design solutions, keep the quality of finished products of typical configurations, build reporting, stabilize exchanges and help business work faster.

Tasks

• Development and maintenance of BAS configuration according to the needs of the client company (emphasis on neat changes without "breaking the standard").

• Development and implementation of new functionality: documents, registers, implementation, roles/rights, regulatory tasks.

• Reports of any level: SKD + SQL, performance optimization for real volumes.

• Exchanges / integrations: support, refinement, finding the causes of failures, improving stability.

• Incident analysis, bug fixes, prevention of repeated problems.

• Communication with users (logistics/accounting): briefly explain changes, collect requirements, offer solutions.

Must-have

• Higher education.

• 2+ years of commercial experience with BAS / 1С:Enterprise 8.

• Confident knowledge of SKD and SQL.

• Experience with MS SQL Server.

• Experience with thin client.

• Knowledge of typical configurations: BO / UT / UTP (or logically close).

• Understanding business processes and subject area: accounting, tax, management accounting.

• Practical experience in developing and maintaining typical 1C 8 configurations.

Will be a plus (for Senior)

• Optimization of performance (queries, LCD, indexes, blocking, large databases).

• Architectural solutions: how to properly complete the typical so that it lives after updates.

• Experience of complex exchanges, regulatory tasks, integrations.

What is important in terms of approach

• Independence, responsibility, initiative.

• Ability to quickly understand someone else's code and bring the task to a conclusion.

• Communication without "translating" - we agree and we do.
