Job Description "BAS Administrator" The BAS administrator takes a direct part in the automation of the accounting processes of the accounting department and other divisions — the personnel department, warehouses, program departments. Provides technical support in the implementation of automated accounting and warehouse accounting. Performs ongoing maintenance of BAS Corp and BAS UT accounting software. Consults on process automation issues with the aim of finding the optimal solution, develops and implements individual solutions. Provides technical support to users of the accounting program BAS Corp and BAS UT. Duties of the BAS Administrator Ensuring the development of new forms, reports and interfaces, modification of system module configurations; Implementation of automation systems for accounting processes of BAS Corp and BAS UT Implementation of the accounting policy of accounting and management accounting Implementation in the accounting system internal document flow Support and supervision of system operation, identification and resolution of problems and errors Support and consultation of BAS users; Necessary skills For successful work, the candidate must adhere to the Samaritans Perce code of conduct, as well as perform all basic duties. Experience of working with typical configurations of BAS ERP, BAS Accounting is mandatory for at least 1 year Experience of working as a programmer/administrator in the field of automation of accounting processes from 1 year; Knowledge and understanding of BAS Corp accounting program processes and in-depth knowledge of BAS UT in warehouse accounting;Experience in the development, testing and implementation of automated control systems;Knowledge of BAS query language or experience with developer tools;Ability to speak and read technical documentation in EnglishEducation Requirements / experience Theoretical knowledge and understanding of accounting, warehouse accounting, management accounting, document management; Certificates in studying software programming; From one year of work experience in a similar position.
