BAS implementation consultant in IT-TOR, TOV

We are looking for a junior or middle BAS implementation consultant to help our small business clients transition to modern automation systems. This is a great opportunity for those who are tired of the routine in accounting and want to apply their economic or accounting experience in the IT field, developing in the direction of business analysis and automation. Minimum experience — from 0 years (for junior) to 2 years (for middle). The focus is on the Small Business BAS modules.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of customer business processes (small business) to determine automation needs.
• Configuring BAS modules accordingly to the specifics of small business (accounting, accounting, reporting).
• Training users to work with BAS systems and informing about their capabilities.
• Integration of BAS with other systems (for example, CRM, warehouse accounting).
• Post-implementation support: consulting, troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Participation in BAS implementation projects for small businesses, including documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Accounting or economics degree required.
• Accounting or economics experience (minimum 0-2 years depending on position level).
• Additional certifications (e.g. BAS or accounting) will be an advantage.
• Soft skills: excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, basic project management skills, responsibility and execution.
• Willingness to work remotely and solve tasks independently.

• Salary: competitive fork from 25,000 to 50,000 UAH (depending on level and experience).
