What is important for this role:

• Have a full secondary special or higher education (from II level of accreditation);
• Able to find a common language with people and are customer-oriented;
• Experience in banking, sales or service - will be a plus, but not required;
• Responsible, attentive to details and ready to learn new things every day.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service and advice on banking products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage of interaction;
• Actively sell banking products, performing planned indicators in accordance with approved standards.
• Orientate in the bank's digital products and help customers use them effectively (mobile application, online services, etc.).
• Work with both regular and potential customers: identify their needs, offer relevant solutions and build long-term relationships.
