Bank branch administrator (WITHOUT WORK EXPERIENCE) in Oschadbank

OSCHADBANK invites to the team a Administrator of the bank branch.

Key tasks:

• meeting customers when applying to the bank branch in accordance with corporate standards;
• finding out from customers the purpose of visiting the bank branch;
• queue management, distribution of customers by service areas (ATM, IPT, cash register, manager etc.);
• compliance with customer service quality standards;
• informing each client about the possibility and benefits of transactions not at the bank cash desk, but without queuing through an IPT or ATM;
• selling banking products/services.

For this position, you need:

• Full general secondary education, partial higher education.
