- meeting the client when contacting a bank institution, clarifying the purpose of visiting a bank institution;
- management in turn, the distribution of customers by service areas (ATM, IPT, cash desk, manager, etc.);
- providing initial consultation and advertising materials regarding banking products and services, informing about promotions, etc.;
- carrying out information and explanatory work with clients, teaching them how to use them and attracting clients to use: information and payment terminals, ATMs, WEB-/Mobile systems - banking, "Oschad 24/7" in a bank institution;
- preventing the occurrence and taking part in the resolution of conflict situations, if they occur
