As a Backlinks Creation Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks to enhance our website's SEO performance and overall visibility on the internet. This role demands a deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital PR to drive traffic and improve search rankings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive backlink strategy focused on achieving SEO goals.
• Identify and target high-authority websites for backlink opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with website owners, bloggers, and influencers.
• Monitor the effectiveness of backlink strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure content is optimized for backlink acquisition.
• Stay updated with SEO trends and Google algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Train and manage a team of backlink specialists to ensure best practices in link-building.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in SEO and backlink strategy with demonstrable results.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
