Our current client, a prominent fintech company, manages financial services trade associations in two countries and provides financing in four, meticulously navigating various lending laws to ensure compliance with all regulations. Sphere is aiding this multinational company in its innovation efforts and the launch of new platforms, and we are currently seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer to join the team.

Position Details:

Type: Full-time remote

Location: Remote

Start Date: ASAP

Term: 3 months with a possible extension

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop the back-end of the application
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Participate in code reviews

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Java
• Experience with Spring
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with microservices architecture and AWS (preferred)
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes (preferred)
