BF IT-Parostok is a new mechanism of dual education and business, which transforms practice and internship into a single government-level ecosystem. Who wish to share their knowledge and experience with junior specialists. And they will also accompany students during the internship. Format: Project and remote work. The remuneration is determined by you for 1 hour of mentoring. Duties: 🔸supporting the educational stream of students from registration to the program until its final completion (the study of one stream lasts up to 6 months); 🔸organizing and conducting group Q&A-sessions, providing answers to students' questions; 🔸prompt processing of all student appeals in Slack;🔸motivational support for students at all stages of the program in the Slack chat;🔸participation in weekly meetings with the project manager of the program.⠀General requirements:🔸work experience in an IT company as a Backend Developer (at least 3 years old); 🔸desire to try yourself as a mentor of an educational project; 🔸ability to work 4-5 hours a day (Sat-Sun — weekends) 🔸availability of a stable Internet connection and conditions for conducting video conferences (camera, microphone, quiet premises); 🔸ownership of Slack, Zoom and Google Tools for group and personal communications; 🔸fluency in the Ukrainian language; 🔸experience in public speaking; 🔸openness and responsibility; 🔸respect for students; 🔸flexibility and the ability to propose a solution to a problem.⠀ What what do we offer?🚀 The ability to independently choose a time convenient for you for mentoring. 🚀 Your work will help make the best online internship available to everyone. 🚀 Openness to experiments and quick approval of changes without endless letters, expectations and other bureaucracy. 🚀 Adequate manager with whom you are always you can negotiate. 🚀 The opportunity to join the continuous generation of good deeds, charity projects that help digitize our country and a long-lasting product that you will be proud of.
