Actively sell our rental properties to prospective customers by responding to leads via phone calls/text message/e-mails on a set schedule which will involve covering leads on the weekendsAssist with open work orders responding to tenants and scheduling in-house maintenance and outside vendor work as needed, making sure that work orders are completed in a timely and efficient mannerProvide leasing support. Actively sell our rental properties to prospective customers by responding to leads via phone calls/text message/e-mails on a set schedule which will involve covering leads on the weekendsAssist with all tenant move-ins. Prepare leases for new tenants and assist with all move-in items associated with onboarding new tenants.Assist with tenant move-outs as directed by the lead property managerAssist with warranty claims. Enter them into warranty claims databases and follow up with warranty specialists on a regular basis to ensure that all warranty claims are being completed in a timely and efficient manner.Help with filing and organizing company documents in share filed systemRequirements:Strong English speaking and writing skillsCustomer service experienceDemonstrated consistency in completing assigned tasks efficiently and with minimal supervisionComputer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Zoho CRM, AppFolio property management software system)Strong attention to detail and proficient time managementAbility to excel in a fast-paced environment
