We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to strengthen our Back Office team and support the medical direction of our organization.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fundamental understanding of Ukrainian tax legislation
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with documents (finance, legal, administrative)
- Experience in a similar role will be a strong advantage
- Confident use of Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English at Intermediate (B1) level or above
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a genuine desire to learn and grow in the field
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve compliance issues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and discuss internal audit findings
What You’ll Do:
- Review and validate reports submitted by grant beneficiaries to ensure compliance with grant requirements
- Conduct thorough examinations of financial documents, receipts, and supporting evidence
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assess the adherence of expenditures to approved budgets and grant guidelines
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in reporting and resolve them promptly
- Collaborate with the grant management team to clarify unclear or ambiguous information
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports summarizing validation results
- Provide recommendations for improving reporting processes and strengthening compliance
- Communicate validation outcomes to relevant stakeholders, including grantors and beneficiaries
- Ensure that all validation activities are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, donor requirements, and internal policies
Would be a plus:
- Previous experience in the humanitarian sector, especially in finance, compliance, or grants management
- Familiarity with international donor requirements
- Knowledge of nonprofit accounting standards
