We are looking for a Back-End Developer to join our team and help improve the product for our users.
Our product is the most popular news and an entertainment portal in Kazakhstan with more than 10 million unique users. Every third person in the country uses our product. Not only have we maintained high standards for 14 years, but we are also constantly improving and reaching a wider audience. For 9 years in a row, we have received the award as the best independent mass media in Kazakhstan and are among the TOP-3 online publications of the country.

You should apply if you
- have 3+ years of experience working with the NodeJS programming language;
- have experience with the NestJS framework;
- used Docker and Git;
- worked with databases (MySQL, Mongo);
— you have an understanding of client-server architecture (WEB) HTTP, cookies, caching, etc;
It will be a plus:
— Debugging & Profiling skills ;
- experience with clickhouse, k8s, Postgresql, ArgoCD.
We expect you to
- engage in development and supporting the back-end part of a large website and admin panels for it;
— optimize and expand the existing architecture;
— implement new services;
— monitor the updates of the services we use;
— refactor the code;
— implement the best security and performance practices and use innovative technologies, our company does not stand still and always strives stay ahead of the competition.
