BA Course Trainer/BA lecturer in Banza

We are looking for a BA Course Trainer/Business Analyst coach! to join our team!

Requirements:

-Work experience in the position of Business/System Analyst from 3 years

-Understanding the basics of the theory of business analysis

-Knowledge of various elicitation techniques and prioritization of requirements, changing their application in practice

-Understanding the software development life cycle

-Experience in writing technical tasks and User Stories, Use Cases

-Experience in describing business processes using BPMN and UML notations

-Understanding the principles of integration and data exchange between information systems

-Basic knowledge of SQL

-The ability to convey complex things in simple words

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-English at the Upper Intermediate level and above

-Training experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:

-Determination of learning goals, analysis of the target audience

-Preparation and structuring of materials in accordance with the learning objectives

-Training

-Development of test and practical tasks, formation of evaluation criteria

-Checking homework, providing feedback to participants

-Consultations of training participants

-Formation of a solution for further improvement of educational content
