Charitable Foundation "Tabletochki"is looking for B2C development specialist (work with individual donors)

The "Tabletochki" Foundation has been working for over 14 years, helping every Ukrainian family whose child has faced cancer. We provide a wide range of assistance - from the purchase of drugs and equipment to psychological support. Our programs work at four levels: families, medical staff, hospitals and the state. 

The individual donor team are the people who take care of those who help our wards every day. We build quality interactions with donors and work to attract and retain them by building trusting and human relationships.

Main tasks

• Be the voice of the foundation for individual donors: answer inquiries, explain, support and ensure a quality donor experience;
• Prepare fundraising letters and campaign materials together with the communications team;
• Maintain and develop partnerships and initiatives volunteer fundraisers;
• Coordinate the foundation's presence in the Monobank application;
• Interact with other departments to implement fundraising campaigns;
• Over time — take over the administration of the foundation's presence on international platforms (such as GlobalGiving): profile updates, content and communication with donors.

 Our ideal candidate/ candidate

• Has 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, B2C marketing, communications, customer service or project management
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English
• Writes competently and empathetically, knows how to adapt communication to different audiences and work with complex requests
• Able to structure tasks, determine priorities and work effectively in multitasking mode
• Thinks critically and finds solutions in situations when something does not go according to plan
• Open / open to technology, quickly learns new tools
• Able to use AI to search for information, generate ideas and create drafts - with an understanding of where human participation is needed
• Has the opportunity to regularly work offline in Kyiv
• Has high internal motivation and orientation to result
• Shares the foundation's mission and values and adheres to the foundation's Code of Ethics and Policies for the protection of children from all forms of violence.
