Responsibilities: Establish rapport and arrange meetings with potential customers tounderstand their needs. Plan and execute new marketing initiatives toattract and engage target clients. Research organizations and individuals toidentify opportunities for selling outsourcing and staff augmentation services. Focus onincreasing the value ofexisting clients while actively seeking opportunities toacquire new ones. Identify and explore new markets toexpand sales and revenue streams. Represent the company byattending conferences, meetings, and industry events tonetwork and generate leads. Prepare and present quotes and proposals tailored toclients’ requirements. Set development team and business growth goals and ensure they are achieved. Provide training and support toteam members toenhance their sales skills and capabilities. Skills you’ll need tobring: Proven track record inB2B sales, specifically inIT, with emphasis onselling outsourcing and staff augmentation services for software development. Upper-intermediate orhigher level ofEnglish proficiency for effective communication with international clients. Proficiency inusing email and LinkedIn for outbound and inbound sales activities. Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Ability tounderstand and address client needs tobuild lasting relationships. Experience inmanaging the entire sales process from lead generation todeal closure. Must befocused, organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. Willingness toadapt tochanges inthe market and continuously learn and improve sales techniques. Nice tohave: 4+years ofexperience asaIT sales manager. Lead Generator skills.
