We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager (IT Product) in Dnipro, Kyiv , Ivano-Frankivsk or Lviv. Poster is the first Ukrainian cloud-based restaurant business automation system. 10 years ago, Poster replaced iron dinosaurs with servers in warehouses with a simple and convenient solution. Currently, 23,000 establishments in Ukraine and 100 other countries work with Poster. Our mission is to make doing business easier for entrepreneurs around the world. The heart of the company is in Dnipro, we also have a local office in Mexico, and dealers and partners in Europe.

As a B2B Sales Manager, you will play a key role in our mission to simplify and automate business for HoReCa entrepreneurs worldwide.

• Have experience in B2B sales from 2 years (inbound and outbound)
• You know how to build long-term relationships with clients and transform them into mutually beneficial cooperation;
• You have flexible, strategic and creative thinking, you know how to find a common language with different people;
• You know how to convey the value and advantages of the product
• You know how to work in a CRM system (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive);
• You know how to work systematically with a high result orientation;
• You have a great desire to quickly learn and develop;
• Familiar with the HORECA field (as a plus).

What you will do:

• Support the full sales cycle, from the first contact to closing the deal;

• Conduct negotiations with entrepreneurs and business owners;

• Go on a business trip to a conference, meet with clients offline;
• Discovery of the client, identification of competitors, conditions, tariffs, problems, decision maker;

• Constantly study the product and its functions, monitor new features;
• Help owners solve tasks related to the automation of their business;
• Offer the company's product and work with objections;

• Observe and collect feedback to improve the Poster product together with other teams;
• Conduct CRM.

Schedule:

We offer a 5-day working week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
