What you will do:

  • Identifying and attracting new book distribution channels in B2B segments;
  • Negotiations, formation of commercial conditions;
  • Creation of value proposition for potential partners;
  • Analysis of the market and competitive environment, adaptation of sales strategy;
  • Formation of long-term partnership relations;
  • Coordination of supply logistics;
  • Working with marketing to promote products in the B2B segment;
  • Search tenders, participation, preparation of documentation and proposals;
  • Proposals on setting up and optimizing document flow and reporting between the company and partners.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the book business from 2 years;
  • Excellent negotiation skills, ability to build partnerships;
  • Experience in forming commercial conditions for partnerships;
  • Experience in finding tenders and participating in them;
  • Readiness to business trips.

It will be an advantage:

  • Experience in the book business - understanding the specifics of working with publishers, bookstores, libraries;
  • An existing base of contacts in the field of B2B sales - the presence of established relationships with potential partners;
  • Experience in building from scratch or expanding the distribution network — creating new sales channels.
