We are SILTA GROUP, a chain of ELEMENT paint and texture salons, a leading importer and distributor of paint products in Ukraine. Our company has been on the market since 1996 and has deep expertise in industrial and household coatings. Own brands: ELEMENT, ELEMENT DECOR, KRON, METHOD, DECOLLO.

What are you will you work with us?

• Active promotion of high-quality paint and varnish materials and coatings for domestic use and decorative coating, as well as in woodworkers and metalworkers.
• Search and attraction of new clients: construction companies, contractors, decorative studios, final buyer (builder), manufacturing companies.
• Development of the existing client base.

Preference is given to candidates with experience of active sales in the B2B direction. But we are ready to teach both the product and the subtleties of sales in our field! Having your own car and category B license will be a plus, but not mandatory.

How much will you earn with us?

• For the adaptation period - rate. Post-% from personal sales (discussed at the interview).
• We have no "ceiling" in earnings: the more you sold, the more you earned.
