B2B Sales & Account Manager in Grade Education Centre

Functional duties

• Customer consulting: working with incoming requests from companies, presentation of company services and selection of optimal training programs

• Full cycle of support: from the first contact and preparation of commercial offers for signing contracts and further customer service

• Administration: working with contracts, invoicing and monitoring the fulfillment of obligations

• Interaction with teachers

  Requirements

  • 400; text-decoration: none">Education: higher education
  • B2; none">Fluent and literate in the Ukrainian language> (Word, Excel) text-decoration: none">Will be preferred

    • Experience in EdTech or foreign language schools

    • Understanding the specifics of the corporate market segment

    • Skills for working with CRM systems
