We invite a PROJECT SALES MANAGER to join us to strengthen our team and together achieve high results - to be #1 in the implementation of solar energy projects in Ukraine for enterprises.


Your tasks will include:

  1. Sale and implementation of large-scale projects! Implementation of the sales plan. During the trial period, we expect a result from you in the form of concluding at least 2 contracts.
  2. Finding and attracting new customers for the sale of solar stations and autonomous power consumption systems (working with an actual customer base and warm leads).
  3. Consulting clients on the advantages and technical characteristics of solar stations.
  4. Development of individual commercial proposals and their presentation at meetings with clients.
  5. Package preparation documents for participation in tenders.
  6. Full client support: from gathering the necessary information to preparing a commercial proposal; formation of template contracts from systems and agreement of additional conditions with the customer; approval of additional volumes of work and signing of additional agreements during project implementation; receipt of acts of completed works before control of the last stage of payment.
  7. Maintaining the client base and providing the necessary reporting.

Working with us you will need:

  1. Love for sales and passion for results.
  2. Experience in alternative energy sales is desirable. It is important that you like this industry, you are interested in alternative energy and want to continue developing in it.
  3. Knowledge of the principles of operation of solar plants and related equipment is desirable.
  4. Skills in conducting negotiations and concluding agreements . The ability to lead long-term projects, the deal cycle can be from 1 to 6 months.
  5. Willingness to learn and develop in the field of solar energy. It is important that you are interested in understanding the technical features, because in our field, expertise is the key to concluding a deal.
  6. Must have driving experience and a category B license. We provide a company car for business trips or compensate for expenses for fuel and maintenance in the case of using your own car.
  7. Willingness to go on business trips throughout Ukraine, on average 2-4 times a month.
  8. Personal qualities: high internal motivation, result orientation , proactivity, independence. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
