For the successful launch and implementation of loyalty programs in new markets, standardization and optimization of the work of the B2B department, we are looking for a B2B process support specialist. Key areas of responsibility: Implementation and support of new projects and improvement of existing processes Providing technical support for sales and marketing teams Increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction through improvements user experience on the website and in the agent's office Development and implementation of work standards for the B2B department Initiation and management of process optimization projects Providing technical support and consultations for sales and marketing teams Interaction with the IT department for the formation and implementation of technical tasks Functional responsibilities: Analysis of current processes and development of recommendations for their improvementLaunch of loyalty programs and initiation of new projects for the growth of the B2B segmentDevelopment and implementation of strategies to increase customer satisfaction and attractionPreparation of technical tasks for the IT team and control over their implementationImplementation of innovations and digital solutions to optimize work processesImplementation and development of analytical reports for sales teamsWe expect from you: Work experience in process optimization, project management or technical support in the B2B segment Work experience in tourism Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) Skills in working with CRM systems Knowledge of SAMO tour is a must Knowledge of the English language at a level of at least B2 What we offer: Kar' career in a large international company that is scaling quickly and confidently.
