To successfully launch and implement loyalty programs in new markets, standardize and optimize the work of the B2B department, we are looking for a B2B process support specialist. Key areas of responsibility: Implementation and support of new projects and improvement of existing processes Providing technical support for sales and marketing teams Increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction through the improvement of user experience on the website and in the agent's office Development and implementation of work standards for the B2B department Initiation and management of process optimization projects Providing technical support and consultations for sales and marketing teams Interaction with the IT department for the formation and implementation of technical tasks Functional duties: Analysis of current processes and development of recommendations for their improvement Launch of loyalty programs and initiation of new projects for the growth of the B2B segment Development and implementation of strategies to increase customer satisfaction and engagement Preparation of technical tasks for the IT team and monitoring of their implementation Implementation of innovations and digital solutions to optimize work processes Implementation and development of analytical reports for sales teamsWe expect from you: Work experience in process optimization, project management or technical support in the B2B segment Work experience in tourism Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) Skills in working with CRM systems Knowledge of SAMO tour is a must Knowledge of the English language at a level of at least B2 What we offer: A career in a large international company that scales quickly and confidently.
