With astrong in-house team already inplace, weare insearch ofaprofessional who will concentrate onfurther developing this strategic direction. Main tasks are: Developing and overseeing the implementation ofthe B2B2C marketing strategy for each country/region ofdistribution; Partner channel building Sales+Distributors: generating new leads and existing partners development; Establishing asystem for partner growth through motivational benefits and requirements; Establishing acertification process for partners; Managing and controlling the relevant marketing activities and events: exhibitions, conferences, seminars, road-shows, webinars, digital promotion, offline advertisement, case studies; Analyzing regional Marketing+Sales performance and assessing results; Creating tools for partners: pool ofcreative marketing materials and guidelines, aswell astrade marketing tools for offline representation; Reporting: monthly, quarterly, annual; Taking part inestablishing company business processes. Requirements: Atleast 3years ofexperience inmarketing; Experience ofworking inWestern markets; Higher education ineconomics ormarketing would beanadvantage; Knowledge inmultichannel marketing and marketing mix; Knowledge inconveying product messages inbrochures, landing pages, etc.; Experience inrunning advertising campaigns and promotions; Experience inevent management would beanadvantage; Experience intrade marketing isaplus; Advanced English.
