SmartHub’s all-encompassing customer support includes such service components as system setup and tech support, on-request assistance, regular account management, and a special client-adaptation program (intro and optimization calls) — all this facilitates quick onboarding and rapid market entry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the B2B Marketing department;
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals;
- Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies;
- Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional materials);
- Develop content marketing assets: landing pages, case studies, white papers, presentations, videos, blog posts, etc.;
- Maintain and coordinate the team’s participation in digital and offline events;
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas;
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share;
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, new products, and features);
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness;
- Utilize different online channels to generate leads (Organic Search, Content Marketing, PR, PPC, Email Marketing, SMM, Event Marketing);
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
Hard Skills:
- Proven track record in running successful B2B marketing campaigns;
- Extensive experience with branding, content marketing, social media marketing, event marketing, and email campaigns;
- Experience working in both US and EU markets is strongly required.
