We’re looking for a Middle+ B2B Marketing Manager, so you need at least a few years of experience on your resume... but feel free to prove us wrong if you’re confident in your skills. Conversations with clients are inevitable, so bring your B2+ game in English. No matter how cliche it sounds, you’ll be working on several projects at a time (but not too many), so you’ll need to multitask. You’ll need to not only create strategies but prove them to clients and make sure they’re properly executed by the marketing team. You’ll work with our Marketing Lead, collaborating and learning from B2B marketing pros in Ukraine and the United States.
Requirements:
- Essentials:
- Prior B2B Marketing experience— You’ll be working a lot with B2B tech product and service companies, so understanding the nuances of the industry is important. Ideally, you need to have a background in at least one of the areas of B2B marketing (content, email marketing, outbound or paid advertising) and understand how all these combine into a marketing system;
- Sales and marketing balance — You don’t have to be a mastermind in both (by any means), but you need to know the game. You should understand the B2B buying process and how sales and marketing impact new sales opportunities and revenue;
- Laser-focused: You can lock in for a few hours and just churn through an outbound motion to drive quick results on a new test or process;
- Digital ninja: Speed is of the essence, so you’ll be in your element, whizzing around Chrome, LinkedIn, and Gmail at a million miles an hour;
- Ownership mentality — Proactive and able to take full responsibility for a workflow, from inception through to execution, measuring results, refining the process, and going again;
- I’ll figure it out — The ability to work in a dynamic environment where the requirements are not always well defined and priorities change frequently.
- Desirable (NOT mandatory):
- Experience working in a marketing agency;
- Experience in B2B cold outreach (e.g., prospecting, creating cold email sequences);
- Demonstrated interest in B2B Martech;
- AI tools proficiency.
Your job would be to:
- Develop, launch & support client’s go-to-market campaigns, mostly outreach and social selling performed by Respect.Studio ’s team and collaborating with partners on other marketing tactics;
- Audit client’s marketing strategy — an in-depth review of a client’s marketing activities and assets to identify if they are aligned with business objectives. Your goal would be to identify the fastest route and actionable triggers to reaching the client’s goals to grow their business;
- Develop & launch go-to-market strategies from customer research to planning tactics for specific channels to help B2B tech companies reach their sales and marketing goals;
- Generate creative new avenues for finding new customers — no limit to the extent of creativity you can introduce in this process. What new platform are our potential users spending their time on? What new tools are available to help you speed up your outreach?
- Active team play and management skills — you’ll work closely with the Project Manager, Content Creators, and SDRs to execute client marketing campaigns.
