E-Tender is a Ukrainian IT company that develops an innovative platform for automating purchases and sales in the public and commercial sectors. We help businesses work transparently, efficiently and at scale.

Our clients are large national brands and market leaders - through ?E-Tender "WOG" and "Auchan" sell products to the state, ?"Chumak" and "Silpo" make purchases, and "Lifecell" rents commercial real estate.

We have an existing team of marketers—Marketing Manager, Content Manager, SMM-specialist, Copywriter, PPC-specialist, Designer.

Our goal is to increase brand recognition, increase market share, and increase sales volumes for project.

Our candidate:

• Has 2+ years of experience in marketing, including B2B, E-commerce and IT products;
• Has experience in developing complex marketing strategies, can think strategically and sees the big picture;
• Thinks in performance categories: understands ROMI principles, marketing impact on revenue, KPI and funnel sales, etc.;
• Has an understanding of building processes in the marketing department;
• Knows how to work with internal and external teams: effective interaction with contractors and designers;
• Generates and implements ideas that create business value, and also initiates and coordinates marketing activities;
• Conducts competitive analysis and research market.

Responsibilities:

• Together with the team, generate and implement creative ideas to attract new customers;
• Participate in design development and formation of technical tasks for site pages and landing pages;
• Identify project growth points, test and implement new channels for attracting traffic and leads;
• Analyze competitors and market trends in the areas of digital marketing;
• Control the effectiveness and quality of advertising campaigns, as well as SEO promotion processes;
• Launch and optimize remarketing and email marketing, build automated communication chains;
• Organize and conduct customer surveys, form insights for product improvement and marketing.
