B2B International Markets Development Manager (Poland, Czech Republic, Baltic States) in ProCare

ProCare isa manufacturer and distributor of face and body cosmetics. Our portfolio includes 12 own brands and hundreds of private label brands. We create high-quality cosmetics that are effective, efficient and meet European quality standards. Our goal is to prove in practice that Ukrainian cosmetics are competitive, high-quality and effective, to popularize the brand of Ukrainian cosmetics in Ukraine and the world. We are expanding our international direction and are looking for an ambitious and effective B2B manager who will help scale the Ukrainian brand Shelly (gel polishes and related products for manicure and pedicure) on the European markets.

 Main responsibilities:
• Finding and connecting distributors in Poland, the Czech Republic and the Baltic countries
• Developing cooperation with professional stores, chains and beauty salons
• Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts
• Implementing sales plans and expanding brand representation
• Analysis of the market, competitive environment and price policy
• Participation in profile exhibitions (if necessary)
• Control of receivables and operational interaction with partners

 Our expectations:
• Experience in B2B sales from 2 years (preferably in the beauty / nail industry)
• Experience of working with distributors and professional stores
• Understanding the specifics of markets of Poland, the Czech Republic or the Baltic countries
• Practical experience in conducting international negotiations
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Polish or Czech is an advantage)
• Systematic, independent and result-oriented
