Expanding our E-com department, we are looking for m contact center manager, who will work -weight: 400; font-style: normal">with existing base, without finding and connecting new customers.

Your tasks:

• Reception and processing of requests from customers, and their further ordering;
• Execution of cross -sales, up-sales of the entire product portfolio of the company.
• Working with supporting documents;
• Customer consulting regarding the company's products and services;
• Control of deliveries and other logistics operations;
• Resolving disputes with customers ;

We expect from the candidate:

• Experience of working in trading companies, in contact centers, or in customer service, service companies;
• Experienced PC user (Word, Excel, Mail, Internet);
• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language;
• Responsibility, activity and initiative;
