A person with excellent expertise in the field of sales, able to understand the client's task and offer the optimal solution using the tools we wash. Someone who is excited by achievements and victories, but does not stop at what has been achieved. IWorld is an international company that has been successfully providing consulting services for premium segment clients from all over the world for many years. Clients receive help and assistance in the process of immigration, opening a business and arranging life abroad. Also, iWorld has 3 representative offices (UAE, Montenegro, Serbia), 800+ successful cases and clients of the business segment in 24 countries of the world. The company is actively developing, expanding its presence on the market, and is looking for a team of ambitious and goal-oriented professionals who are ready to work with big checks and promote new approaches and methods of work. It is important for effective work: experience in sales/customer support/customer service by phone - from 2 years; ability to determine customer needs; skills to build trusting relationships with customers; competent speech, excellent written communication skills; experience of working with premium segment clients with large checks; experience in negotiations, the ability to support the full cycle of a deal with a client. What you will do: process hot client inquiries and provide prompt qualified answers; determine client needs and offer appropriate services; effectively interact with potential clients; achieve planned sales goals in accordance with KPI; monitor sales figures and draw up reports on results ; to set up trusting relationships with clients.
