Hello! We at Creators Media Group are looking for a cool sales manager who will help close deals with the biggest players in the market. We have projects for 500+ clients in our portfolio, you can see them in the presentation: specials.mc.todayImportant! You are not engaged in searching for contacts and scheduling the first meetings - they will help you with this. Your main task is to correctly identify motives and needs, and then find solutions to the client's problems with the help of advertising tools in the group's three publications: ITC.ua, MC.today, Highload.today. If you have experience in B2B or advertising sales - this will be an advantage. :) Your future tasks: Conduct meetings with clients (online or offline), which have already been agreed on your behalf. Identify motives and needs, help solve their tasks. "Enliven" contacts with clients who previously ordered visionary projects. Conduct daily dialogues about cooperation with companies in Ukraine (you can see here). Write briefs after meetings with clients. Effectively interact with the editorial office to find the best solutions for clients' tasks. Maintain CRM client relationship management system. Close deals , implement monthly sales plans. What will help you in your work: Competent and clear speech, knowledge of the Ukrainian language is mandatory. Activity, the desire to do more to earn more. The presence of a laptop and work equipment. Logic and common sense. The ability to quickly learn and master new skills. Understanding of the work of the media market, familiarity with our publications. Experience in active sales with corporate clients from 2 years.
