General requirements: 

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and solutions. 
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and its components, including Hyper-V Manager, Virtual Machine Manager (VMM), Failover Clustering, SCOM, MOM, and others. 
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft HCI solutions. 
• Understanding and experience with virtualization, including designing, creating, and configuring solutions based on Microsoft Hyper-V, resource allocation, migration, and high availability. 
• Knowledge of Azure Site Recovery for backing up and recovering virtual machines. 
• Experience with Azure container products and services (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Instances (ACI)). 
• Knowledge and experience in programming and automation (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and others). 
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible) for task automation is a plus. 
• Experience with VMware-based public cloud environments is a plus. 
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable. 
• Interpersonal Skills: 

Communication: Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms. 

Leadership: Demonstrated capability to guide, motivate, and manage teams. 

Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions. 

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, including both written and spoken communication. 
• Certification: Azure Solution Architect Expert 

 Main tasks: 

• Development and implementation of approaches for workload usage and migration to the Microsoft Azure cloud. 
• Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions that integrate GigaCloud and the client’s Hyper-V infrastructures. 
• Designed and implemented hybrid cloud solutions that integrate GigaCloud and Azure services. 
• Collaborate with the R&D team to identify and develop new hybrid cloud products. 
• Develop and implement strategies for using Hyper-V and Azure to ensure security, reliability, and performance. 
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, technical consultations, and proposal development. 
• Analyze and optimize client infrastructure architectures to ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. 
• Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues and engineers on containerization and Azure technologies to enhance team expertise and project outcomes. 
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies, particularly Azure. 
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation and best practices.
