📍 Location: EU (Remote)🎯 Job Description: We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our client’s On Demand Platform teams, specifically within the Telemetry and Common Store teams. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying data services utilizing modern software best practices. You will work in an agile SCRUM environment, focusing on cloud-native SaaS solutions using the latest technologies on the Microsoft Azure platform. 💪 Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement serverless and containerized cloud-native SaaS solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Provide telemetry insights for SaaS solutions, transforming, cleansing, aggregating, and normalizing data to meet business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across various data layers.
- Collaborate with multiple agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
📚 Required Skills:
- Power BI: Proficiency in data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and creating complex visualizations.
- Data Architecting: Experience with medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold) and snowflake schemas.
- Microsoft Azure Data Explorer (ADX): Knowledge of data ingestion and transformation techniques.
- Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse: Preferred experience with Lakehouse implementations using Spark.
- Development Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, unit testing, and agile methodologies.
🛠 Assets:
- Experience with serverless architecture and containerization.
- Strong skills in design patterns, SOLID principles, coding standards, and agile development practices.
- Proven ability to produce and document designs and specifications for new features and services.
