Location: Kyiv, Ukraine | Reports to: Service Director | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Ukraine | Language Requirements: Native Ukrainian and Professional English, written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid

As the new AWS Engineer, you will support and act as an adviser on projects that entail migrations, governance, compliance, automation, and security. At the same time, you will gather customer requirements, while performing cloud assessments, architecture and designing technical solutions, as well as doing hands-on migrations and implementations within your knowledge field.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with customers to analyse their current infrastructure and technical environment and suggest improvements to their existing cloud infrastructure, while also scoping requirements, designing the solutions, and assisting in building the technical proposal
• Bring technical expertise to the customer issues, advising and sharing best practices and solutions that will allow them to optimise their cloud & security environments
• Define and document infrastructure requirements, architecture, and operational procedures, while proposing improvements on infrastructures and systems, and sharing AWS Technologies’ best practice
• Engage and advise on problems with critical economic implications for our customers and establish and maintain a close and trusting relationship
• Contribute to developing common processes like cloud governance, innovative technologies adoption, cost management and optimisation
• Orchestrate projects together with internal and external teams and provide consulting within projects in hybrid and on-premises infrastructures
• Fully comprehend the basic concepts of OSI models (core network layers)

Your Competencies:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with architecture and delivery of AWS projects within public cloud
• Exposure working in a customers focused role and environment
• Expertise in end-to-end delivery of cloud-based solutions
• Experience in driving IT projects with customers
