A team consisting of 11 persons is looking for a confident AWS Connect Engineer to work on a project from the USA with many roles.

We have a small company, which ensures the absence of micromanagement, bureaucracy, and moreover gives everyone the opportunity to be heard.

This is a cloud-based b2b / b2c web application for coordination of Insurance agencies, Therapy providers, Patients and Lenders. We would like to add that the team on this project is very strong and consists of seniors, architects, already existing 5 Java developers and 2 Java Script developers. A project with complex logic and if you are interested in working with challenges, this is about it. Your experience in medical projects will be very relevant here.

Job description:
We have an immediate requirement for an AWS Connect Support and Optimization Engineer to join our team. The project has implemented AWS Connect to support call center operations, and we need a dedicated professional to manage this from a technology standpoint, focusing heavily on analytics and optimization, along with ongoing maintenance and support of call flows.

Responsibilities:
• Configure, test, and optimize Amazon Connect (flows, queues, campaigns, users, channels) — high priority
• Support call center operations
• Configure and test Amazon EventBridge
• Create, test, and optimize AWS Lambda
• Create, test, and optimize Amazon Lex
• Configure and test AWS S3
• Create and test AWS CloudFormation
• Configure and test Amazon Kinesis
• Configure and test Amazon Athena
• Configure and test AWS Glue
