Jira admin remotely Responsibilities: Manage, administer and configure Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and other products. Installing, updating and configuring plugins to optimize the workflow. Support users in solving technical problems related to the use of Atlassian products. Development, support and optimization of work processes using the capabilities of the Atlassian platform. Organization of training events and documentation for users. Requirements: Experience with the Atlassian platform, including managing Jira, Confluence. Understanding of the principles of developing scripts in Java, Groovy or similar for automating tasks. Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team. Willingness to continuously learn and improve Atlassian administration skills. Advantages: Atlassian platform certification. Experience with the integration of Atlassian products with external systems. Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, and experience in their application using Atlassian tools.
