The company "Nestle Ukraine" announces a competition for the position of Specialist on working with advertising materials in the coffee business in m. Kyiv.

General purpose of this position:< /p>

Development and implementation of an action plan to improve the visibility, representation, accessibility, products in retail outlets. Effective interaction with a wide range of customers in all sales channels, regarding joint marketing activities.  

Main duties:

• Creating an annual plan of visibility, presence and availability and other joint marketing projects in customers and sales channels, according to business priorities and in the coordination of deadlines;
• Timely support for the launch of new products and national promotions;
• Analysis of the consumer/buyer in points of sale and the development of basic principles, rules and recommendations for improving the visibility of products;
• Analysis of the main trends by categories/channels and finding new opportunities for improving the visibility, presentation, availability of products ;
• Development of product layout standards, based on the main trends of consumer behavior;
• Planning, coordination of special projects related to improving visibility, representation, availability in sales channels;
• Implementation of joint marketing projects with clients; 
• Development and management of Category projects in clients; 
• Development of POSM designs and equipment designs; 
• Organize placement of advertising materials and equipment in retail outlets;
• Budget control.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education;
• 1 year of work with POSM and visibility and accessibility programs Category (preferred);
• Experience in project implementation;
• High level of understanding of details ;
• Average level of English language proficiency (oral, written);
• Above average proficiency in MS Office ( MS Excel);
• Developed communication skills, the ability to work effectively with different departments and build relationships with clients / partners.
